Movida Bread for Change
We were fortunate enough to be chosen to participate in Movida’s Bread for Change campaign which raised an amazing $21,279 over a three-month period in 2013-2014.
Every three months Movida selects a different charity to benefit from its ‘Bread for Change’ program. Instead of charging for bread, they as customers to donate $1 to charity. While it is an optional amount, nearly all customers choose to donate the dollar (and sometimes even more!)
Shave for a cure
Jessica Monck released an entertaining and informative video about ulcerative colitis as well as raising over $5100 for CCA. Both Jessica and her father David had their heads shaved, while her brother Thom, who lives with UC, had his hair cut into a Mohawk.
