ONE of CCA’s key objectives is to provide support services and education for our members and the IBD community. CCA recently expanded its programs to include state symposiums. These symposiums are held over a full day, and offer a more holistic approach to the management of IBD.
Aspects of clinical care are addressed by a variety of medical and health professionals, while the emotional, financial and lifestyle issues associated with chronic illness are discussed by experts in these fields.
There is also the opportunity to take part in workshops and small group sessions regarding different aspects of living with IBD.
